Shipping and Return Policy

How much is shipping within Australia?  

$10 flat rate standard shipping and we offer FREE EXPRESS SHIPPING on orders of $100 AUD.

All orders are sent with a  tracking number.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email plus your Australian post tracking code. 

Please ensure you regularly check the email used when placing your order, as this is where all correspondence will be sent.

Please ensure you check your postal address, We have are not responsible for your products if your address is entered incorrectly.

 I just placed my order, when will my items ship?

We ship within 1-2 business days.
Please also allow for extra time around Christmas and public holidays. 
We appreciate your patience during these busy periods.

How long will it take before I receive my order after it has been shipped?

We ship with Australia Post please see below for recommended delivery times:

For Domestic orders:

What is Afterpay?

I'd like to use Afterpay but it's not working?

Please try your email address instead of phone number in the checkout. Afterpay does not work without an email address. 

How do I use a gift voucher/promo code?

Once you have checked out, on the right-hand side of the screen is a box that says ‘Discount’- enter your code there and press Apply. 

My promo code/gift voucher isn’t working!

Please firstly check you’ve entered the code in the right case (upper or lower), secondly, check the expiry of the code.

How many codes can we use in one order?

We can only use one code at a time. Better check which code you have can give you the bigger discount!

I don’t like my product, can I return it?

For Australian customers only.

We gladly accept returns of unused merchandise within 30 days of receipt of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact us.

Please note: All items must be returned UNUSED and in the ORIGINAL PACKAGING for a refund to be processed. 
Shipping and handling will not be refunded. 
If items are not received in their original packaging, but are unused, there will be a 15% restocking fee applied. 

 

Where are your products made?

Our products are designed by us in Australia and made in Australia.  All Australian natural and organic ingredients are used at all times.
