So Marie Claire (I know, seriously heavy reading material) writes an article that states "mother-daughter relationships are the strongest of all parent-child bonds...according to a study published in the Journal of Neuroscience".
In this research, it found that mothers and daughters are more likely to understand and relate to each others emotions, more so than anyone else.
Dr Christiane Northrup, author of the book Mother-Daughter Wisdom, says: "The mother-daughter relationship is the most powerful bond in the world, for better or for worse. It sets the stage for all other relationships." How a mother sees herself, what she believes in and how she acts helps to set the stage for her daughter, more than we realise. And if we take a small leap, we think it sets the stage for skin care relationships, too!
So it's no wonder when Cheryl and Bec, a very fun, loving mother and daughter duo, fell in love with baimeni...together...at almost the same time. With a few too many champers and a wonderful pamper night in, they tell us about their love for baimeni.

How did you come to learn about baimeni?
Cheryl: From my favorite daughter!
Bec: I was unhappy with the skincare I was using and was surfing the net to try and find something that fit all of my criteria - cost effective, organic, simple and local. I loved that the product ingredients were easy to understand and couldn't wait to try them!
What skin care issues do you have or have you faced?
Cheryl: Rosacea has been an ongoing battle. Finding the right skin care, even the beautiful nourishing products can set my rosacea off. I also have issues with large pores and generally oily skin.
Bec: I have been blessed with the very basic but still ever-so-troublesome oily T zone. I was lucky as a teenager to avoid the acneic skin but the odd blemish loves to stick around!
What do you value in the home, skin and body products you purchase?
Cheryl: I prefer to purchase natural and organic, as well as, Australian made products that are cost effective. So when I found baimeni I thought I had hit the jackpot!
Bec: I learnt everything from my mother! (Bec says with a cheeky smile) I don't understand and don't like that in the supermarket or local pharmacies, those products that are easy on the hip pocket are full of nasty chemicals! And those that are made with organics, the price is on the other extreme. Honestly, I was so glad when I stumbled across baimeni surfing the net one night. It was serendipitous. I try my best to purchase natural and organic, and when I can supporting a local, Australian business is always a priority.
Why did you decide to try baimeni?
Cheryl: After Bec's first order she received some free samples that I tried and fell in love with - especially the serum!
Bec: The ingredients were easy to understand, the price was right and the packaging was green - my favourite colour!
How old are each of you and how has baimeni helped you?
Cheryl: I am turning the big 5-0 this year so I am expecting a lot from my skin care! baimeni has been great because it has helped to balance out my oily skin. And my rosecea has not re-appeared since I started using baimeni! My face feels so soft, smooth and beautiful after a baimeni facial (and I look SO much younger!)
Bec: I will be 25 soon and I feel baimeni has helped to control my breakouts, and when I do get the odd blemish, the Apple Cider Vinegar & Aloe Vera Toner helps to clear it up in no time!
Why have you fallen in love with baimeni? Which products can you not live with out?
Cheryl: I have fallen in love with baimeni because the products feel amazing to use - I feel like a million bucks after a facial even though I have barely spent a cent! With the added bonus of no nasties! Wrap It Up
Just to wrap up everything that has previously been said - Bec superstitiously found baimeni online when searching for some new skincare. Both Bec and Cheryl loved the simple, easy to understand ingredients and packaging. Furthermore, baimeni ticked all the boxes - being made from natural and organic ingredients, made in Australia and affordable.
When they started using the products they didn't expect to fall so much in love with skin care products!
